Census Ground Breaking Effort

In 2000, LAIPA collaborating with the U.S. Census, serving as a Questionnaire Assistance Center. Through this groundbreaking effort, the organization was able to train and hire community residents, including immigrant women and high risk youth from San Fernando, East and Southeast Los Angeles.
